Yes, visitors are allowed at the home but must leave at a reasonable time and not allowed to spend the night. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

No, we enforce a strict no party, wedding or special event policy in our homes. We do not allow large gatherings at our home.

No, we do not allow pets.

If you cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund 90% of your payment to us. If you cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund only 50% of your payment to us. This is to facilitate our administration and to compensate for last minute cancellation.

Yes we do have internet and cable TV Astro with popular local channels and sports channels .

We recommend that you drink bottled water or boiled tap water.

Check in is at 2pm and Check out is at 11am.

Our caretaker will greet you when you arrive and show you around the house.

We ask that you clear the sink and put all trash in the trash bin. Remove all the food that you brought with you from the fridge and cabinets. Please check that you did not leave anything behind.

All items left in the home are collected and documented. We will contact you and keep in storage for 2 weeks , After which we will dispose it.
